How I helped startups to achieve their design objectives
From startup to Unicorn 🦄
The challenge was to design the foundations of a SaaS platform that would allow the company to grow x1000. A sharp leadership combined with focused team work made them a unicorn today. It is still these designs foundations they use today.
I worked on main UX and UI, Design Thinking Workshops, Design System, Research, mobile app and recruitment.
Build solid design foundations
I set the foundations on how do we do design at Simplr. I set up design critiques, re-organised the Figma workflow to fit the newly implemented scrum process, built a new Design System with Frontend, defined design OKRs. I also helped on mentoring and recruitment.
I also worked on different verticals and projects.
Design everything from scratch
With a team of around 10 engineers and 1 PM, I’ve done everything design related. The design system for desktop and mobile, a web app interface, a mobile interface for Android and iOS, user interviews, marketing materials, websites, prospectives, etc…
It is still these foundations they use nowadays.
