The presentation below is a personal case study I made, based on assumptions. For this use case I placed myself in product designer shoes working at BBVA, I found a UX issue witht he Bizum service and I’m showing you how I tackle that problem. You can see it like a UX assessment, I didn’t work for BBVA.

Processes are important. They help us to align on a vision and how we’re gonna get there. In the presentation below, discover how I would tackle a UX issue, how I like to think and involve the team.

Main take away:
Don’t rush into designing a feature right away. Let’s see what are the company OKRs, what the customers are saying, how can we measure the impact and let’s see what we can do with a calculated effort (avoid code complexity and design system mess with a clever use of components).
