I just turned 36 (Aug 9th), when the pandemic hit the planet, I decided to take time to reconnect, breathe and define what I want for my next life chapter.

I'm looking for my next work challenge so if you're looking for a Senior Product Designer, take 2 minutes to read what's below :)

I believe that a job is like a relationship. If we are able to draw the best of each of us and if we agree on a common destination and how we’ll get there then it will be a successful journey.

I'll give you the most valuable things I have: my time, my passion and my enthusiasm. I'll bring a honest, respectful and positive attitude, along with 10+ years of experience working on digital products. I'll be asking for forgiveness instead of permission, I’ll ask many times "Why?", I'll keep it user-centric, I'll be data-informed - not driven, I'll iterate fast and work closely with the engineers to avoid code complexity and design-system mess. Processes are important for me but I remain goal oriented.

I can help you build a product that will scale, with the features your users really need, increasing your revenue and give my best for a delightful team experience.

I expect from you to have a strong company culture where you trust and empower your people. You offer a dynamic and fun team spirit in a stable environment where you celebrate victories. You say no to a top-down approach and you promote people cooperation. I hope you understand we're humans and not machines and I prefer that you take care of my mental health than increasing my table tennis skills in the office. Ideally your company is taking actions on the environmental challenge our planet is facing.

Speaking of the office, I'm a person who loves human-to-human interactions and likes to be friend with my colleagues and share moments with them during and outside work. I know it's a strange time with Covid but I like to go to the office, flexible is even better. I'm not interested in fully-remote opportunities.

Because you'll ask it anyway: yes I use the double diamond process, I run design thinking workshops, I use data, work with Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Principle, Adobe Suite, Invision, Notion, Jira, GitHub, MixPanel, Miro, FullStory, Lookback etc... I'm familiar with OKRs, I'm quite good at HTML CSS and can do things with JS and React.

In the end they are just tools, the important is how you think and organise yourself for an efficient collaboration with your peers, to achieve goals.
